About Bundle
The 3-Day Bootcamp provides a solid foundation in the major classes of rotating machinery used across industrial applications. Beginning with the fundamentals, participants explore core concepts such as unit systems and rotor dynamics before progressing into specialized topics.
The program then focuses on compressor systems, covering compressor maps, selection, and sizing. Key operational procedures are addressed, including pre-start checks, startup and shutdown sequences, fail-safe conditions, performance testing standards, and control methods—all culminating in a structured approach to compressor selection.
Attention then shifts to pump technology, where participants gain a comprehensive understanding of definitions, purposes, types, and classifications, including specialized pumps. The course integrates fluid dynamics with pump performance parameters such as flow rate, head, efficiency, and net positive suction head (NPSH). Practical aspects are emphasized through performance curves, materials of construction, system design considerations, pump selection strategies, and hands-on fault diagnostics and troubleshooting.
